Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order, please email us with your order number. ( hello@floriesindia.com ) We only cancel the order if it is not processed.
Please do note, a fee of Rs.300 will be deducted if the item has been processed and is ready to ship. In case you wish to cancel an order after Intransit & delivery has been attempted, a fee of Rs.500 will be deducted. For further questions/clarifications, kindly reach out to us via email. Return's Refund - Refund amount can be transferred to customer's Wallet/Coupons/Direct Bank Account/Google Pay/PhonePay/PayTM.
Refund Timings - Refunds will be transferred within 3-4 working days once we receive the shipment at Our warehouse.
Note 1 - For COD orders, the mode available for refund is only Voucher. Monetary refunds are not possible in case of COD orders.
Note 2 - Please note that we are not liable to entertain any refund/issue raised after 15 days from the date of order placement.
Cancellation Refund
Refunds On Cancellation - If cancelled order requires any refund to be given back to the customer, then the refund will take anywhere between 7-15 working days for Original Source depending upon the payment method.
Note 1 - Company(We) can cancel any order if found faulty, payment issues etc from our end without any prior notice to the concerned customer and customer cannot sue us for that.
Note 2 - Company have all the rights to cancel the order without any notice to the customer.
Note 3 - Transaction charges of 25% + GST will be deducted wherein customer demands a monetary refund after ship of their prepaid cancelled orders.

Note 5 - Also , there will be no deduction in cases wherein the customer makes a double payment against a single order by mistake.
Note 6 - Please note that we are not liable to entertain any refund/issue raised after 15 days from the date of order placement.
Prepaid RTO
In case of Prepaid RTO, customer will get the refund after deduction Rs. 500 from amount of coustmer refund. In cases wherein a pincode is no longer serviceable and further we are not able to deliver the shipment via any other means,the customer can request for a monetary refund.
